The bloody movers lost me belongings! Don't ya' just hate that when it happens? There you are, sittin by the window with hot cup of coffee watchin and waitin for the moving van to pull up...and it never does! Now you'll NEVER KNOW what kind of STUFF your new neighbours have!

...we find the thatched cottage where our sainted parents first made their home. Personally, I like this cottage. Thatching is an ancient and honoured profession which is rapidly dying out. It is not cheap and can not be done with dryed long grass from your front yard, even on a small scale. (Art project on the family history in ours kids school.)Note: NO INDOOR PLUMBING.
